A ready-to-use organic potting soil built for large containers and plant-in-bag growing. Roots Organics Formula 707 contains approximately 3 cu. ft. of soil, about 20 gallons, packaged in a 30-gallon grow bag.
Why growers choose Formula 707
- Designed for larger containers: The blend uses more peat and less perlite and pumice than the Original Potting Soil to hold water slightly longer.
- Plant right in the bag: Cut off the top, punch drainage holes in the bottom, and use the bag as a container.
- Organic peat-based blend: Includes peat moss, coco fiber, compost, perlite, pumice, earthworm castings, bat guano, fish bone meal, soybean meal, feather meal, kelp meal, and more.
- Contains beneficial mycorrhizal fungi: Includes Funneliformis mosseae, Rhizophagus intraradices, and Septoglomus desertÃcola.
- Ready to use: Use it in your own planters, urns, troughs, or directly in the grow bag.
How to use
- Place the bag where you want the plant to grow.
- Cut off the top and make drainage holes in the bottom, or fill a container with the mix.
- Position the root ball about 2 inches below the rim.
- Water thoroughly after transplanting.
- For fruiting and flowering plants, begin feeding about 10–14 days after transplanting and adjust to your growing program.
